I purchased the book Taller, Simmer, Younger and the Aligned Health video bundle to go with it, but I'm not sure how the videos sync up with the daily exercises. I wish they were labeled Day 1, 2, etc. Also I like doing them while watching the videos, but Lauren only does a few reps of each exercise. Are there plans to put out a complete workout that we could watch and workout to. I don't feel like I'm getting all the benefits because I have to refer back to the book and then try to find the exercise in the bundle.
